§1. General Provisions


  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules of using the Online Store, placing orders, concluding distance contracts, delivery of goods, payments, consumer rights, complaint procedures, and withdrawal from contracts.

  2. These Terms and Conditions comply with Polish law, in particular: the Civil Code, the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council), and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

  3. Customers are obliged to read these Terms before placing an order. Acceptance of the Terms is voluntary but necessary to complete an order.

§2. Definitions


  • Customer – a natural person (including Consumer or Entrepreneur with consumer rights), legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, using the Store.

  • Consumer – consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code.

  • Entrepreneur with consumer rights – within the meaning of Article 38a of the Act on Consumer Rights.

  • Goods – movable items offered in the Store (e.g., photographic props).

  • Contract – sales contract concluded remotely via the Store.

  • Business days – Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

§3. Services Provided Electronically


  1. The Store provides electronic services, including access to the interface for browsing offers, placing orders, maintaining a Customer account, and newsletter services.

  2. Technical requirements: a device with Internet access, an up-to-date browser, and an active e-mail account.

  3. It is prohibited to provide unlawful content.

§4. Placing Orders and Conclusion of the Contract


  1. Prices displayed in the Store are gross prices in PLN/EUR/USD/GBP/CAD and do not include delivery costs (these are indicated with each product and in the cart).

  2. Order process: select goods → cart → provide data → select delivery and payment method → accept the Terms and Privacy Policy → confirm the order.

  3. The Contract is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.

  4. The content of the Contract is recorded and made available by sending confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail and storing it in the Store’s system.

§5. Payments

  3. For online payments, the Customer is redirected to the secure website of the payment operator.

  4. If payment is not received within 3 business days, the order may be canceled.

§6. Delivery


  1. Deliveries are made worldwide.

  2. Available delivery methods: DPD courier, InPost courier, FedEx courier (via GlobKurier.pl), and Poczta Polska (Polish Post).

  3. Order processing time:


    For custom-made products: 3–5 business days + carrier delivery time


    For ready-to-ship products: 1–2 business days + carrier delivery time



  4. Delivery costs are indicated during order placement and in the “Delivery and Payment” section.

§7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)


  1. Customers who are Consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  2. The period is counted from the day the Customer or a third party indicated by them takes possession of the Goods.

  3. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before its expiry.

  4. Consequences of withdrawal: refund of payments (including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery) within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or proof of return is provided.

  5. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.

  6. The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  7. Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights (e.g., goods made to the Customer’s specification).

§8. Complaints (Warranty) and Guarantee


  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects.

  2. Complaints regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the Contract may be submitted via:

  3. Please include: contact details, order number, description of the defect, date of detection, and the requested remedy.

  4. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is accepted.

  5. If the manufacturer provides a guarantee – details are provided with the product. The guarantee does not exclude statutory warranty rights.

  6. Complaint returns are sent at the Seller’s expense once the complaint is accepted.

§10. Final Provisions


  1. These Terms and all contracts concluded via the Store are governed by Polish law and the Polish language.

  2. The Terms may be amended for important reasons (e.g., changes in legislation, changes in payment methods). Customers with an account will be notified by e-mail of any changes.

  3. In matters not regulated herein, generally applicable provisions of law shall apply.

  4. Annexes to these Terms constitute an integral part of the document.
