Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
- Customers who are Consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The period is counted from the day the Customer or a third party indicated by them takes possession of the Goods.
- To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a withdrawal statement before its expiry.
- Consequences of withdrawal: refund of payments (including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery) within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or proof of return is provided.
- The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.
- The Customer is responsible for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Exclusions: the right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified in Article 38 of the Act on Consumer Rights (e.g., goods made to the Customer’s specification).
Complaints (Warranty) and Guarantee
- The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects.
- Complaints regarding non-conformity of the Goods with the Contract may be submitted via:

- Please include: contact details, order number, description of the defect, date of detection, and the requested remedy.
- Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days. Lack of response within this period means the complaint is accepted.
- If the manufacturer provides a guarantee – details are provided with the product. The guarantee does not exclude statutory warranty rights.
- Complaint returns are sent at the Seller’s expense once the complaint is accepted.
