I design and sew clothing just for you, based on my own unique designs. We are a small, family-run business based in the beautiful country of Poland. My daughter, a photographer known as @photosemik, was the one who encouraged me to create outfits for newborns and slightly older children. She also tests them before they go on sale, and for that, I am deeply grateful. In addition to clothing, we also create accessories for photo sessions, which you can find in our store.

We've been in the market for many years now, collaborating with talented photographers such as @m&kslowinskiphotography, @agateteraphotography, and @danielaursachenewbornphotographer. I'm truly thankful for their support and everything we've accomplished together.

What started as a hobby has turned into my full-time work, and I feel so fortunate to be able to do what I love.

"RTS" products (Ready to Ship) are sent within 1-2 days of ordering and "on request" are sent within 3-7 days of ordering via Poczta Polska.

Refund Policy

 

1. Ready-to-ship Product
   Mostly our products are ready to send (RTS), which means that they are subject to refunds or replacement, you can submit a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the goods.
2. Replacement for Defective Items
   If you receive a defective item, you are eligible for a replacement. Please contact us immediately after receiving your shipment via the contact form to arrange a replacement.
3. Made-to-Order ProductSome products are made to order and are not refundable.
4. How to Contact Us
   To initiate a return or replacement, please use our contact form and provide your order details.

The shipping cost is borne by the buyer, the product may not have traces of use.

All payments must be made at the time of purchase. We accept PayPal, Credit Card, Przelewy24. Your payment information will be processed securely, and we do not store any payment details.

2.3 Pricing
All prices are listed in $ and are subject to change without notice. Any applicable taxes and shipping costs will be added to the total at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Shipping
We ship to your location  using Poczta Polska. Shipping times vary based on your location. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

3.2 Customs and Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom-made products are non-returnable

4.2 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

4.3 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at email.

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Ami Photo Props or our content providers. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
